• Final pricing depends on a site visit, measurements, ground conditions, access and the materials you choose
• Submitting a form or calling us does not create a binding contract
• We confirm the price in writing before any work starts, and that agreed figure is the price you pay
• If something unforeseen comes to light once we open the ground up, we tell you and agree it with you before carrying out any extra work

A formal agreement is confirmed separately before any work begins.

• All work is provided subject to availability
• Timescales can move because of weather, materials or ground conditions we could not see beforehand, and we will keep you updated if that happens
• We are fully insured for the work we carry out
• The written agreement for your project confirms what is included and the guarantee that applies to it

Natural stone and timber are natural materials, so colour, tone and veining vary between batches and weather over time. That variation is part of the material rather than a defect.

All of this is in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.
